Pgbet Terms & Conditions — Official Platform Rules for Malaysia

1Membership Eligibility

Pgbet is an online entertainment platform open exclusively to Malaysian users who meet the following criteria:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration. pgbet takes the protection of young people seriously and will not operate an account for any individual who has not reached the stipulated minimum age.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Has never previously been banned or had an account suspended by pgbet for breach of terms.
• Are not an employee, contractor, or representative of pgbet or any company directly affiliated with the platform's operations.
• Do not place bets on behalf of others or use another person's account to wager on pgbet.

Pgbet reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify member eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) pgbet account. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account closure without compensation.
• The name registered on your pgbet account must match must match the name on the payment method you use. Registration under another person's name is strictly not permitted.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. pgbet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the pgbet support team immediately for security assistance.
• Pgbet uses two-factor authentication (2FA) and encourages all members to enable this feature for added account security.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Finances

All financial transactions on pgbet are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). pgbet supports recognised and widely used payment methods in Malaysia.

Withdrawal rules that all pgbet members must comply with:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method same matching the one used for the deposit, or to a bank account in the name of the account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
• Prior to your first withdrawal, you may be required to submit identity verification documents (MyKad or passport) as part of pgbet's KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Pgbet reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for up to 5 business days for security checks if any unusual activity is detected on the account.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements (see Section 4) before they may be withdrawn.

4Bonus & Promotions Policy

Pgbet offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses received must be wagered according to the specified rollover requirement (typically between 10x and 30x, depending on the bonus type) before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is allowed at any given time. You may not combine two separate promotional offers unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus or winnings remaining after this period will be automatically forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements may only be fulfilled on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Certain games may contribute a different percentage towards the wagering requirement.
• Pgbet reserves the right to void any bonus found to have been obtained through improper means, including the use of multiple accounts or exploitation of system loopholes.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirement has been met, pgbet reserves the right to deduct the relevant bonus value from the withdrawal amount.

5General Game Rules

Pgbet offers a wide range of games including Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger), poker, slots, Sports Betting on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and much more. General rules applicable to all games:

• All game results recorded by the pgbet system are final. In the event of any discrepancy between a user's screen display and the pgbet server, the server record shall prevail.
• Pgbet uses an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all digital games. Live Casino games use physical cards, wheels, and dice broadcast live from a licensed studio.
• If a game round or sporting event is cancelled due to technical reasons or circumstances beyond our control, pgbet reserves the right to void all related bets and refund the wagered amount to the member's account.
• Bets placed on football matches or sporting events postponed for more than 24 hours will be automatically voided unless otherwise stated by pgbet.
• Maximum and minimum betting limits vary by game type and table. Current limits are displayed on each game screen within the pgbet platform.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pgbet platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance without compensation:

• Underage Gambling: Any attempt to register or play by individuals under the age of 18, or allowing a minor to use an adult account.
• Money Laundering: Using the pgbet platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds obtained through illegal means. pgbet cooperates fully with authorities in investigations related to money laundering.
• Fraud & Exploitation: Exploiting system bugs, using automated software (bots), or colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes on pgbet.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening more than one account using different details in order to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Account Lending: Lending or selling your pgbet account to another individual, or playing on behalf of others in exchange for commission or any other benefit.
• False Information: Providing a false name, identity card number, banking details, or any other inaccurate information during registration or identity verification.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Pgbet reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of any term within this document.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee after the 12-month inactivity period.
• A closure request has been received from the account holder via official pgbet support channels.
• Technical, legal, or regulatory reasons that require pgbet to do so.

If an account is closed at your own request and no breach of terms has occurred, pgbet will process the withdrawal of any remaining balance to the registered payment method within the stipulated timeframe once all checks are complete.

8pgbet Liability Limits

By using the pgbet platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All forms of betting carry the risk of financial loss. pgbet makes no guarantees of profit or positive returns from any game.
• Pgbet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including technical disruptions beyond our control such as internet outages, power failures, or issues with the user's device.
• Pgbet strives to keep the platform running 24/7 but cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
• Any information on game strategies or winning odds provided by pgbet is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee actual results.

9Privacy & Data Protection
